What this service is not

This is not a legal service and it is not legal advice.

I am not a solicitor and I do not provide regulated legal services.

I do not:

  • provide legal advice or legal opinions
  • represent you in court or tribunal
  • contact schools, councils, or professionals on your behalf
  • act as your legal representative

When to seek legal support

For complex legal matters, urgent safeguarding escalation, tribunal representation, or where you need formal legal advice, you should seek support from a qualified solicitor, SEND legal specialist, or an appropriate professional body.

Responsibility and outcomes

You remain responsible for:

  • your decisions
  • your communications
  • how you use templates, guidance, or support

While every effort is made to share accurate, helpful information, outcomes depend on your circumstances and the actions taken by organisations involved.

  • booked sessions are non-refundable
  • written services are non-refundable once work has begun
