All digital products sold on Pheel Pretty are non-refundable.

Why digital products are non-refundable

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

2. Advocacy Services & 1:1 Sessions

Advocacy services involve preparation, emotional labour, and dedicated time.

For this reason:

  • All advocacy sessions are non-refundable once booked
  • Payment secures time, preparation, and availability

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a session with reasonable notice.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Missed sessions without notice are treated as completed
  • Repeated rescheduling requests may not be possible

If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Written Advocacy & Review Services

Services such as:

  • letter drafting
  • letter reviews
  • document reviews
  • EHCP review packages
  • meeting preparation packages

are non-refundable once work has begun.

These services involve personalised review, preparation, and written work that cannot be reversed once started.

4. Workshops, Courses & Group Sessions

For any live workshops, group sessions, or courses:

  • refunds are not available once access has been provided
  • recordings (if offered) are treated as digital products and are non-refundable

If a session is cancelled by Pheel Pretty, you will be offered:

  • a full refund or
  • the option to transfer to a future session

5. Discounted or Promotional Offers

Discounted or promotional products and services are non-refundable, unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

6. No Physical Goods

Pheel Pretty does not sell physical products.

There are:

  • no shipped items
  • no postal returns
  • no physical exchanges

All offerings are digital, educational, or service-based.
